Over the years, Richard has developed a reputation for being hands-on, dependable, and detail-oriented. Today, One Shot Construction serves both residential and small commercial clients across Rhode Island — taking on everything from kitchens and bathrooms to decks, additions, and finish carpentry.

Founder’s Story

Meet Richard Cady

One Shot Construction was founded by Richard Cady, a lifelong Rhode Islander who started in the trades straight out of high school. Richard grew up around construction, learning the ropes by working alongside his father and brother. What began with drywall and finish work evolved into a full-service construction business built on honesty, craftsmanship, and customer relationships.
